2nd Shift Security Guard and Shipping

Milkco is filling a full-time position that splits duties as an Unarmed Security Guard & Wash Dock Worker. This position works 4:30 PM to 1 AM and you will rotate between 2 different jobs depending on the schedule.

The Wash Dock position works on the shipping yard to rebuild pallets, unload trailers with a forklift, & wash trailers, among other duties.

When working as a Security Guard, you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring security cameras.
• Signing in/out employees & visitors.
• Maintaining records of truck arrival/departure.
• Monitoring premises and reporting any facility issues.
• Making rounds for facility records.
• Answering phones.

The ideal candidate will:

• Dependable with reliable transportation.
• Detail oriented and observant.
• Personable with the ability to communicate with a wide range of people.

Compensation Information:

• Automatic 60-Day Pay Review

Employment Requirements:

• Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening and Physical (provided by Milkco).
• Will conduct a Criminal Background Check.
• Must pass an E-Verify Screening.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand a minimum of 7 ½ hours per day.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs.

Experience:

• Will train the right person.
• Prefer that applicants have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must want to work and have excellent attendance.
• Need to be cooperative and able to get along with a lot of people.
• Must be a team player with the ability to contribute in a team atmosphere
