Blow Mold - 2nd Shift Supervisor

Milkco is seeking a Blow Mold Supervisor to work in our Blow Mold Department on 2nd shift. The position is full-time Monday through Friday, 3 pm to Midnight and alternating Saturdays.  The Blow Mold Supervisor duties include:

• Responsible for quality of containers being produced.
• Maintain the Blow Mold at the highest efficiencies in order to get maximum amount of quality containers during the shift.
• Responsible for entire department operation during absence of the Blow Mold Manager.
• Maintain accurate records for the shift.
• See that no poor quality containers leave the Blow Mold area.
• Must be able to assist with mechanical repairs.

Employment Requirements:

• Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening and Physical (provided by Milkco).
• Will conduct a Criminal Background Check.
• Must pass an E-Verify Screening.

 
Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand a minimum of 8 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs.

 
Experience:

• Must have some experience with plastic processing.
• Must have some mechanical experience.
• Must want to work and have excellent attendance.
• Need to be cooperative and able to get along with a lot of people.
• Must be a team player with the ability to contribute in a team atmosphere and lead a team.
