Production - 3rd Shift Pasteurizer

Milkco is seeking a 3rd Shift Pasteurizer in our Production Department.  The position is full-time & requires working alternate weekends (no more than 5 work days total each week).  The hours are 9:00pm - 5:30am Monday through Friday and Saturdays at 2:00pm or 3:00pm until finished.

The Pasteurizer is responsible for processing, batching & mixing all fluid dairy and non-dairy products, while following strict production standards and regulations. They are also responsible for maintaining careful production documentation and some monthly preventative maintenance. They must be able to multi-task with a high attention to detail while maintaining a positive attitude and working independently.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior experience in food or beverage production preferred.
• The ability to keep meticulous documentation.
• Previous experience with computerized process controls.
• Some mechanical aptitude preferred.

Employment Requirements:

• Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening and Physical (provided by Milkco).
• Will conduct a Criminal Background Check.
• Must pass an E-Verify Screening.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand a minimum of 7 ½ hours per day.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs.

• Will train the right person.
• Prefer that applicants have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must want to work and have excellent attendance.
• Need to be cooperative and able to get along with a lot of people.
• Must be a team player with the ability to contribute in a team atmosphere
