Ingles Markets began in 1963 as a single supermarket and has since grown into a regional grocery store chain with just under 200 retail locations operating in 6 southeastern states, a 1.6-million-square foot distribution center, two truck fleets, and a milk processing plant. Ingles Markets’ headquarters and distribution center are located just 15 minutes outside of Asheville, NC in the town of Black Mountain.

The Position
The Windows Administrator III is a subject matter expert in converting theoretical knowledge into practical applications with minimal supervision. The Windows Administrator III is adept at managing large projects or processes, analyzing diverse problems, and finding the best solutions. They will manage programs that develop strategies and administer policies, processes, and resources for the company.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision effectively and efficiently, and have strong time management, organizational, and customer service skills. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in computer information systems or related field and 5+ years of work experience, or have equivalent professional experience. Additionally, candidates should have 7+ years experience supporting Windows desktops and Windows Administration, with knowledge of current technologies and practices, including application and network security.
