Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed and experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional patient care. The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for leading the pharmacy team, managing inventory and workflow, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, service, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilites

  • Manage and supervise all pharmacy operations in compliance with federal, state, and company regulations

  • Ensure accurate dispensing of prescriptions and provide patient counseling

  • Lead, train, and schedule pharmacy staff (pharmacists and technicians)

  • Maintain inventory levels, ordering, and control of medications and supplies

  • Monitor pharmacy performance, productivity, and quality metrics

  • Foster strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and store leadership

  • Address customer concerns professionally and promptly

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Active pharmacist license in good standing (state-specific)

  • Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution 

  • Previous pharmacy management or supervisory experience preferred

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

  • Certified Immunizer

  • Current CPR certification
